Zaccone offers a simple return policy, so you can shop with confidence. You can return your goods within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with them, and we will be happy to exchange or refund the original delivery costs. We accept returns if they are complete, in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. This does not apply to non-standard, customised, or special order items.
